Corrine Jasmin

Haitian-American artist Corrine Jasmin works intimately with film, installation, text, and performance. Her focus is on directing, creating, and sharing stories that depict the multifaceted Black experience. Jasmin has exhibited films and works in galleries throughout Pittsburgh and the Midwest and has performed across the country. Her work has been published by various publications both national and international, featured by Carnegie Museum of Art's Storyboard, and her self-published book of poems,Tread, has also been featured by the Mattress Factory Museum of Contemporary Art.
